Drisya is a Manager at Legacy Partners. Her expertise lies in acquisition, management and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, designs and domain disputes in India. Drisya joined our firm in 2022 to explore commercial contracts and IP prosecution across borders. At LP, Drisya focuses her practice and handles matters pertaining to trademark prosecution and enforcement in India, UAE and several other countries including filing, attending to office actions, attending hearings, adversarial proceedings, conducting negotiations with potential opponents, cease and desist notices etc. With over four years of extensive experience, she is proficient in handling individual trademark portfolios for clients ranging from start-ups to multi-national businesses in India and abroad. Drisya’s prior work experience with boutique IP firms gives her an edge to profoundly understand the business needs of her clients, devise appropriate strategies and protects their rights. Besides IP, Drisya is also actively engaged in advising, drafting and vetting of commercial agreements.
