Manjula Variyath is the Manager at Legacy Partners leading our Secretarial Division. She is passionate about corporate compliance and legal excellence. Her journey began as an Associate in the Company Secretary (CS) division, wherein she quickly demonstrated her expertise and commitment to excellence. Over time, she was promoted to the role of Manager - Secretarial Compliance, allowing her to delve deeper into the intricacies of corporate governance. Manjula is graduated from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India and currently is in the Final stage of the CS qualification. Manjula leads the secretarial Division at Legacy Partners, Proficient in setting up companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) ensuring compliance with legal requirements. She Manages secretarial compliances, FEMA-related matters, including approvals and reporting, Staying abreast of regulatory changes.
