He helps businesses protect and manage their valuable IP assets worldwide, navigate complex transactions and mergers, draft and negotiate contracts, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and resolve disputes through arbitration. He also has in-depth knowledge of the legal framework for charitable and non-profit organisations.
